Came out in 1.5 hrs from call. Electrician was friendly and explained things. Checked all the sockets and RCD and, as we speak, has resolved the issue.... So saving me further grief! thanks

My engineer arrived a little early (makes a change from other companies I’ve used!) and completed his work in 45 minutes. He was super polite and helpful and now I have the whole rest of my day to enjoy!
