H2 were happy for me to shop...around and then come back to them a couple of days later to book in. Booked service for same week. Technician was prompt, friendly and swift. Happy days.

Able to book an engineer quickly and although my first booking was cancelled, I was able to rebook quickly. Ladies in the office were courteous and a...pleasure to deal with and my husband said the engineer who completed the job was pleasant and efficient.

My boiler stopped working. I found this company online and called them up. I must say the service from start to finish was efficient. The engineer arrived within an hour of me making the call. It was repaired within 30 minutes. The bill was competitive and was fully outlined to me before the work began. I would definitely use again and recommend.
