My husband was at home to let Darren in – so my review is actually my husband’s brilliant review. Impressed from the start – Darren was chatty and friendly, completely explained what he needed to do and did it very efficiently but also carefully and thoroughly. I had an invoice by email the same day, with all the information. It’s the first time we’ve had our new boiler serviced in our new home, and I read so many horror stories of other companies. In h2’s case, it couldn’t have been a better service and it was exactly what we needed and we will use H2 again.
