I had to get an EICR test resport done very quickly on my flat before I could exchange. Chantelle at H2 set up and immediate appointment with an electrician and understood I needed the report asap. The initial appointment was cancelled last minute but was rearranged the next day. Chantelle could not have been more supportive as she reassured me I would get the report in time for my exchange. The electrician Mark could not have been more professional or helpful when he came to the flat and expedited the testing accurately and diligently and again reassured us that we could get the report in time. The report arrived the very next day, thanks again to Chantelle. So I would just like to say thank you for a great experience and wonderful service from the team. I cant thank you enough for being so fast and efficient and helping me to get this sorted for exchange on my flat. Thank you H2. Brilliant!
