H2 were happy for me to shop...around and then come back to them a couple of days later to book in. Booked service for same week. Technician was prompt, friendly and swift. Happy days.

Able to book an engineer quickly and although my first booking was cancelled, I was able to rebook quickly. Ladies in the office were courteous and a...pleasure to deal with and my husband said the engineer who completed the job was pleasant and efficient.

Alando was a very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and efficient plumber who arrived between the appointed times. Upon inspection knew exactly what was required to resolve the situation and had the spare parts in his van. Very good service.
