We have used H2 several times. They always attend promptly, explain the problem to us clearly & carry out efficient & tidy work. They replaced our boi...ler earlier this year and we could not be happier with this. On other smaller jobs they have been consistently helpful and the work is the highest quality.

Excellent service. I had a problem with my hot water. Someone came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and applied a temporary fix before another...plumber returned the following day to install a new part. Very pleasant and efficient plumber and the cost was modest. I shall certainly be using H2 Property Services again.

H2 Property Services provided me am excellent service when my combi boiler was losing pressure.
From my initial phone call to their office, they un...derstood the issue I was trying to describe and were able to arrange for a engineer to come the very next morning.
When Dave arrived he was polite and professional. He worked thoroughly to find the cause (a small leak). He put in place a temporary fix and identified the part that needed replacing.
H2 then followed up, obtaining the part (specific to the make and model of my boiler). I rebooked H2 to return, again Dave was here the next day. I'm very happy with the service I received, and that I now have a go to plumber I'll use in future. Delighted. Thank you H2.

Our team has been working throughout the outbreak of Covid -19, supplying essential plumbing, gas, electrical and boiler services to our clients across London. Our office team are working from home and a core team of engineers have been out helping our customers.
When making an appointment, please confirm if you have shown any symptoms of Covid-19 or have tested positive within the last 14 days. If yes, then we can help you by arranging the appointment for a later date when it is safe for us to attend.
Ensure you tell us if you anyone in your household is shielding or in the vulnerable category. If yes, they will need to stay in a different room from our engineer for the duration of the visit.
Ensure that rooms and areas our engineers are going to work in are well ventilated.
Keep all internal doors open to minimise contact with door handles.
If possible, to always maintain a safe 2 meter distance from our engineer.
Do not double book an appointment with anyone else and wherever possible, our engineer should be alone in the property.
