Able to book an engineer quickly and although my first booking was cancelled, I was able to rebook quickly. Ladies in the office were courteous and a...pleasure to deal with and my husband said the engineer who completed the job was pleasant and efficient.

George was great. He identified the issues with the boiler, explained everything to me and then rather than saying it all needed replacing he was very honest and managed to solve the problem then and there. Thank you.
