H2 were happy for me to shop...around and then come back to them a couple of days later to book in. Booked service for same week. Technician was prompt, friendly and swift. Happy days.

Thoroughly recommended. I've been a happy customer for over a decade and H2's plumbers and electricians are - without exception - fantastic. Able to book an engineer quickly and although my first booking was cancelled, I was able to rebook quickly. Ladies in the office were courteous and a...pleasure to deal with and my husband said the engineer who completed the job was pleasant and efficient.

Always have a great experience with H2 and we have been using them for a while now. On the most recent occasion the electrician was really helpful and considerate, very good at his job and I cannot fault his customer service skills. The staff are always great and it makes a change to see people enjoy their work and take pride in it.
