H2 Property Services was built from providing core maintenance, repair and installation services to private residential customers in and around South West and West London. Over the last ten years we have built our residential customer base from personal recommendations, repeat business from our fantastic clients and local knowledge. We now operate over all of London.By making just one call to H2 Property Services, we can help you with all the plumbing, heating, electrical maintenance, repairs and installations, building and refurbishment services you require for your property.

Our Customer Service Charter promises to take the greatest care of your property at all times. We expect all our staff to provide the very best level of customer service in any of their dealings with our clients, whether their role is booking in work, carrying out the work, relaying information, providing quotations, invoicing or ordering parts.Our office based team is friendly and professional and will book your engineer for you at a time that is convenient to you. We are also always happy to pick up keys, liaise with your tenants and arrange access through concierge services and porters.
On the occasion that our engineers we may get a little delayed by London traffic (or even their last job - lets face it, every job we see is different!) we make a point of calling you and checking you are still okay with the arrival time or we can move it to a better time for you.
Our CHarges
We do not charge a call-out charge for attending your property and our pricing structure is very simple - moreover we will give you details of the cost before we even start a job for you so there are no nasty surprises at the end. Click here for a full list of hourly and fixed price rates.

All of our engineers are experienced in their particular fields and all hold the qualifications required to carry out their work. They are a friendly, approachable bunch who take their work extremely seriously!
Likewise, H2 Property Services takes its quality control very seriously. We provide regular training, industry updates and company meetings for all our staff. Unlike many other property services companies, our Plumbers, Heating Engineers and Electricians only work for H2 Property Services and are very proud of doing so!
